One conviction beneath all of it.

Most HR leaders carry their experience like a résumé — a list of jobs, titles, and tenures. I built my career discovering it can be something far more valuable: a strategic instrument. Across two decades in aviation technology, healthcare, research, manufacturing, and energy, I've sat in the rooms where culture is decided — and where it quietly unravels.

That's the work I bring to Everstrong Leadership. As a working practitioner — currently Director of People & Culture at ATPCO, leading global teams across the U.S., U.K., Singapore, and Canada — I'm not advising from the sidelines. I'm in the room, every day, where AI fluency, executive trust, and human-centered change strategy collide.
