How are the tools delivered?

Each tool is a self-contained, password-protected HTML portal delivered instantly via Gumroad. Most include 12+ pages of setup guides, find-and-replace templates, and customization instructions. No coding, no developer required, no ongoing subscription — they work in any browser.

Can I deploy these with my clients?

Yes — these are designed for consulting deployment. Each license covers your professional use with clients. (One exception: the ZTW Business Strategy Framework name and methodology are proprietary and may not be rebranded as your own IP.)

How customizable are the tools?

Every tool is fully editable. Branding, language, indicators, scoring criteria — all yours to adapt. Each comes with a complete find-and-replace reference and a setup guide. Most consultants have a tool fully branded for their first client engagement within an hour.

Are these the same tools you use professionally?

The frameworks and methods are. Each tool is a generalized version of work I've done as Director of People & Culture and as a consultant — sanitized for any organization to deploy. The OED Tool, for example, is the assessment portal I built and deployed for executive teams.
